RUSH/EXCHANGE
REQUEST FORM
If you are pressed for time we will rush your exchange to the post
office with the following conditions. Please Submit this form to request a RUSH/EXCHANGE AUTHORIZATION.
By submitting this form you agree to the following...
- You understand the product may not be in currently in stock, and
therefore may not qualify for rush exchange.
- You promise to return the original product to us within 10 days.
(you may be held responsible for the full price of the second item
plus rush shipping if not returned)
- You will pay the appropriate RUSH EXCHANGE FEE from the list below.
You should receive your RUSH/EXCHANGE TRACKING and RETURN
AUTHORIZATION from us to your e-mail address with the information
you need to return your shoes. You should receive your Tracking number
and Return Authorization e-mail by the end of the next business day.
Please call if you do not receive your authorization.
You should then print your RUSH/EXCHANGE TRACKING and RETURN
AUTHORIZATION
and include it with your return.
If you cannot print from your computer, then please write your e-mail
address, your order number, telephone number and what action we are
to take on a piece of paper, (the receipt received with your order
is fine), and be sure to include it with your return.
We cannot guarantee size availability for exchanges. If we are unable to re-ship the size you need upon receiving your
return, we will notify you promtly via e-mail and you will be given
the option to refund, switch style or use your credit for any other
products on our site.
