RE-SHIP/REFUND INFORMATION from us to your e-mail address with
information about re-shipping or refunding for defect. You should
receive your Information e-mail usually within 24 - 36 hours.
Our first priority will be to replace your defective product.
If you prefer a refund we initiate the process as soon as possible.
We may ask you to return the defective product at our expense. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee availability for Defective
Re-ships. If we are unable to replace the product you need upon receiving
your request, we will notify you promtly via e-mail and you will
be given the option to refund, switch style or use your credit
for any other products on our site.
